By connecting social presence to the PPM program, instructors and participants used deliverables to actively collaborate and participate in instructional settings. 

These approaches enhanced participants’ satisfaction with the learning experience and promoted their professional collaborative skills through a humanized online learning experience.  

This collaboration’s success to enhance engagement in an online learning environment through a humanized experience will be utilized by the CPDP as a model for other online programs.
