Implementing structures to enhance social presence promoted productivity.
 
The evaluation results showed participants’ online interaction with increases shown through observations, survey results and instructor interviews.  

A cohesive expression of group unity and acceptance was observed as the activity’s structure, humanized the environment showing higher degrees of interpersonal communication and participant satisfaction.
